Change is what change delivers. That is the ‘What and Why’ of change.

When the ‘What and Why’ of change is clear then ‘How’ to change and managing that process becomes easier. Else you face more resistance to change.

When the destination is clear and outcomes are desirable, the journey becomes more acceptable to people; and can even become enjoyable.

Having compelling reasons to change reduces resistance to change and can even create the desire to change.

Leaders gain more rust and respect from their people when they are clear and honest about ‘why’ the change is needed. This is real change leadership and sponsorship.
